A detail-oriented individual seeking Billing Specialist and Team lead position with Med-Sol Tech company to provide outstanding service in accounts receivable department.
Dealing with Patients, Insurance Companies, Law firms, Collection Agencies.
Reviewing patient bills for accuracy and completeness, and obtaining any missing information.
Preparing, reviewing, and transmitting statements/invoices using billing software, including electronic and paper statements/invoices process.
Perform front desk tasks, scheduling patient’s appointments.
Gathering info from patients and updating their demos.
Assisting incoming call inquiries regarding billing and appointments
Collaborate with insurance agents and interview claimants to correct errors, rectify omissions and investigate questionable issues
Reporting on daily weekly and monthly basis to management.

Greeting and visiting directors, answering phone inquiries and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner.
Ensuring Office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all time.
Occasionally travelling off-site to deliver reports or files to other departments.
Ensuring the confidentially and security of files and filling system.
Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports and ensuring that everyone is kept current of necessary company news and information.
Operating copy equipment, fax machines, printers or other equipment necessary.

Making the telephonic call to the respective CNG owners ensuring their presence to run a campaign or to hold a function made be at Islamabad, Lahore, or different areas where the functions are held.
Development of Pana flex, banners, media campaign for the CNG owners as per the advice of Sales Executives and Retail Head.
Arrangement and launching of campaigns in the respective functions, decorating the stage and ensuring that the whole function organized properly.
Putting the completed files, scanning them, and creating their files on the computers and handing over the same to respective Sales Executives.
